Buyers can use the Money Back Guarantee when:
They don't receive an item
They receive an item that doesn't match the listing description

Simply let us know you are exercising your 14 day Money Back Guarantee by emailing us at info@5starsg.com with your full name, your order reference number, and details of your request.

You will then need to post all items that were shipped to you, back to 5 Star Hotel Collections Customer Service Team. Upon receiving your returned items (all of which need to be unused in order to claim), we will process the cancellation and reverse your order value to your credit card.
